early teething=early 2 year molars??? Help!!!

Ok, DS is 18 months. The last 2 days, he is drooling, cranking, moody, not napping, loose stool, picky eating, etc (all things he did when he was regular teething). Now, he has all his teeth minus the 2 year old molars. He got his teeth EARLY (got first 2 at 8 weeks). Could he be getting his molars now??? Tylenol did mellow him out a bit (but of course with toddler tantrums, this teething is FAR WORSE than the infant teething).

Help!! Could he really being breaking these now? I tried to feel back there, but he wasn't having it. He is knawing on his fingers all day!!

I totally think so!! All the things he is doing totally sounds right. It's harder at this age since it's weird to give them a teething toy. How about ice pops??

Re: early teething=early 2 year molars??? Help!!!

No experience bc dd is only a year, but I think its entirely possible. DD had all of her teeth, except for her two year molars, by 1 yr (the one year molars were still breaking through at a year, but are almost all the way through). Yay something else to look forward to with early teething Chat Icon Chat Icon
