 Best way to sell stuff
I read a lot on here about Ebay, Craig's list..etc..but I don't know what is best.
I have large pieces of furniture I would like to sell. I could also put an add in pennysaver I guess..
what do you think is the best way? I don't know if I feel comfortable having people come to my house and "checking it out". I'm a little paranoid, but in order to sell the stuff I would have no choice.

Sell it on ebay and charge an arm and a leg on shipping. Ebay wont stop you.
Sorry I've been having a bad ebay experience with a seller.
Your local pennysaver may be a good idea but they'll have to come to your home to actually pick up the item

Re: Best way to sell stuff
With Craig's list, you could post photos, so only people who are serious and have already seen photos would want to come.
I did have a friend who bought furniture off EBay- but she only looked at things that were posted from people who were local, where she could go and pick it up, so she didn't pay for shipping.

Re: Best way to sell stuff
I realize that I'm not going to ship anything. It's a wall unit entertainment center and a corner fit computer table. These are big items in great shape, just not working with my re-decorating.
I think I may try Craig's list first since it's free. Worried about degenerate people coming to my house that have no interest in the items I'm selling.

I'm a craigslist fan too. We've gotten rid of a ton of things from my grandmother's house from it.
