Werid question, but has anyone had
a twitch in their lower abdomen muscles? I have what feels like an eye twitch in my lower abdomen muscles. It is soooo slight and I can barely feel it but its been happening for 3 days. What is going on?

that happens to me sometimes, I was told it might mean that you dont have enough magnesium... when I take magnesium for couple of days the twitch usually goes away, so who knows right lol

No, but I had one in my thigh last week for a few days. It was so annoying. DH said it means I don't have enough calcium but he's been known to make stuff up.

Hmmmm I do take mulitvitamins everyday....there is that twitch again, it just did it.
