how much to hire a painter??
I was wondering about how much it wuld be to paint approx 900 sq ft.

I think it depends on if you are purchasing the paint, if you need it primed, etc
We used Affordable painting for a couple projects in our condo & they painted the entire interior of my grandma's house & it looks great

It completely depends on so much -- condition of the walls, amount of spackling / prep work, height of ceilings, whether there is a lot of molding...
Your best bet is to get a couple of quotes from different painters.
ETA -- We use Tony Morello - 516-822-4073 and my whole family has used him as well. He is very reasonably priced and does excellent work.
