Please make sure your homes have working fire alarms!!!!!!
That is the really what saved us tonight with our fire because I never smelled smoke. Our fire alarms are tied into our electric and are very sensitive. When one goes off they all go off.
They are really so important

Ours are hardwired too, so much better than worrying if your batteries are fresh!

I had a fire too on March 16th. It is so scary! We were so grateful my husband was home.

I agree! Mine are battery operated. I also have carbon monoxide detectors.

It's funny you mention CO detectors because we have them and they went off about a month ago and the fire dept had to come
They must think we are crazy. The EMT said remember me. It was so embarrassing
