Give me strength!!!! AF is late!
OK Still no sign of AF..............
She's now almost 2 days late.
Because of a potential late O this month (I was away and couldn't POAS on CD's 18-19, but on CD 20 the 2 lines looked pretty close), AF would probably be late anyway.
But then again, I didn't use the OPK's as directed (I'm an OPK delinquent) and because of my perfectly regulated 27 day cycles the previous 2 months, it's very abnormal that AF is late. The first 3 months off BCP my cycles were very short, before finally regulating. Before BCP I had perfect cycles all the time.
I had weird cramping over the weekend (and posted about it), boobs are feeling tingly, watery CM, and was pretty tired yesterday and today.
Now those could very well be PG symptoms, but they could also be AF. And none of my symptoms are really strong. It's all pretty mild.
Today is around 8-11 DPO.
I really want to hold out Saturday but it is SOOOO hard!
What do you think? What should I do??

if its entirely possible that you are only 8DPO - you absolutely should not test!!!!!!
also if you are only 8DPO AF prob isnt late yet - regardless of your previous cycle lengths. unless you have an abnormally short 8-day LP.

Here's the thing-even though the OPK had matching lines later in the month, I had the EWCM and O cramping closer to day 14....at least I thought I did.
UGH!
SO you think Saturday's a better bet? How about Friday? lol

Hmm... "Taking Charge of your Fertility" is my new friend and according to the author, it doesn't matter how long your cycles usually are. You're only "late" if AF doesn't show up after your normal luteal phase has passed. How long is yours usually? Normal is 12-16 days. So you'd have to be 12-16 DPO for AF to be considered late.
I'm not trying to be a downer, sorry, but I don't know if you're "late" yet. However, if I recall correctly you  like bunny rabbits this month so you have that on your side! 
I don't know what advice to give about POAS, if I were you I would have done it by... yesterday. But I have a terrible addiction.

I would wait a until the end of the week, especially if it is possible you are only 8 DPO. (returning some good advice you delivered earlier!- I know, this is SOOOO hard!!!!)

I have no clue how long my LP is
We're on month 2 of trying-last month we sort of wniged it and like 3 times when it "may" have counted...so this is the first month I'm tracking anything/using OPK's.

If you O'ed on CD20 then you are no late yet, regardless of what your past cycles usually are.
Think of what it is.. DAYS POST OVULATION...... It doesn't matter what it has been like in past cycles..... DPO is based on when you O'ed in that particular cycle.
I don't know if this answered your question at all but I am guessing based on that info that you are not late yet.
Honestly though, just some unprecedented advice.. you are pretty new to this process! Just relax and try to enjoy the ride for now! This is your second month, right? I know that your second month or your 18th month are frustrating regardless, but just take it in stride for now since you have no known issues and are fortunate to historically have such a regular cycle! Good luck!!

We are actually having fun with the process, trying not to be too serious about it. DH and I are super excited-but if this isn't it we're having a blast trying

I agree with this. I wouldn't count AF as late yet. O dates can vary a lot between cycles. This is why temping is helpful, once you've charted a couple of months you can see that your LP is usually around the same length. I know is frustrating right now because it FEELS like AF is late!

You know that you should wait - you were just hoping that we would be terrible and egg you on to test
Just a few more days. You should assume that you are the least amount of DPO, which I think you said was 8 and not test for at least 4 more days.

My first day of vacation from work starts Saturday so I'll test then. 4 days to go. Ugh.

You are soo much stronger than I am!! I tested at 8 DPO and got a BFN! Then at 11 DPO got a BFP at night (without FMU!) so I say, you can even wait until Friday instead of saturday if you want But then again, I was a POAS addict
Your symptoms sound similar to mine....good luck to you!!!!!
