4 days late, induction scheduled
I went to the Dr. again yesterday for a check-up since I am late. Still 2cm dilated (for the last 2 weeks) and now 50% effaced. Dr. put me on the monitor and he saw that the baby's heart rate dropped a little after she moved. He sent me straight to L&D for longer monitoring and said he would schedule the induction for last night if things persisted. Well, when they hooked me up she started moving like crazy and her heart rate seemed fine so she must have just been in a weird position at the Dr. office. So since everything was OK (thank goodness) they scheduled me for my induction on Monday night at 6pm. So much for being a May mommy. Looks like this LO is going to have a June 1st birthday. I am soooooo happy that she is ok but a little frustrated that I most likely have to be induced. Send some labor vibes my way so that I can have her on my own and don't need an induction. I still have about 5 days where ANYTHING can happen
