DS was knocked unconscious at Walmart. (update MOnday afternoon)
He was playing with an older girl near the fish tanks. The girl was a big fan of hugs. My son is not. She came up to hug him, but it ended up being more of a tackle. His head hit the floor so hard that I will never forget that sound. 
He was only out for a few seconds (Thank God) but the girl wouldn't get off the top of him. He was checked out by doctors and all seems well. We have to wake him up tonight and my heart is in my stomach. Poor kid flipped out when we passed Walmart on the way home. This is so tough. 
Update:

The night went as expected. He got mad at us for waking him, but answered the questions perfectly! We are awaiting word on whether he needs more tests, but he seems fine. He is complaining about the pain though.
And I obviously didn't get what I needed at Walmart last night, so I am not sure what to do now. I may give him an extra day away from there. I mentioned going, but he said no.
And for those that asked: He did not know the girl at all. They became friends at the fish tanks. She figured she needed to make a move before he left her forever. 
Thanks to all of you that FMed, wrote to me on LIW (since LIF was down  ) and dealt with me on FB. 
If they send him for more tests, I will update again, but otherwise I think it is all good! Now we just have to get him over his fear of girls, Walmart and fish.

The mom stayed with us for a while and kept apologizing. It was just a toddler mishap. They never said concussion, so I don't think so. But they just deemed it 'head injury'. Not sure what that means. Guess I should've asked.
