what kind of vitamin does your 3-4 year old take?

what kind of vitamin does your 3-4 year old take?
I used to have prescription ones from dr. but I don't think we need those anymore, over the counter - what type do you buy? And why would the doc give prescription ones? It was last year.

Never had prescription one's. We use Flinstones.

I have always used the polyfluoride ones the doc prescribed and the dentist even said to keep using them since my kids never had a cavity and their teeth are in great shape ( not saying this is definately why ,but we have bad teeth on both sides of the family, so this seems to be helping)
