we did one a couple years ago. It left from Puerto Rico and went to the Southern Caribean (Aruba, St. Thomas, Dominca & one other I Can't remember).

My ILs did one a year or so ago on Norwegian out of NY.
They said it was nice but, there were a lot of kids (they are in their 60s and are used to travelling at off peak times). That was their only complaint.

Carnival has a nice itinerary on the Miracle, July 18th I believe. Visits Puerto Rico, Grand Turk, and St. Thomas. I sailed the this ship back in November; a little "over-the-top" on decor, but it was a nice cruise.
Royal Caribbean's Explorer of the Seas sets sail July 22nd on a 9-night itinerary that includes Bermuda, St. Thomas, St. Maarten,and Puerto Rico. I enjoyed the cruises that I have taken aboard the Explorer very much.
A couple options there anyway...
