First house seemed easy... second house is a PITA. The whole ensuring the sale goes through close to the time of a new purchase is agonizing. Plus, this market and realtors s u c k!

The first time was awful, just because there are so many unknowns and the process is so unfamiliar.
Second time was a BREEZE!

I bought a co-op when I was 24. THAT was a disaster.
Buying a house was a walk in the park compared to that.

Very stressful for us. We started looking while I was pregnant and it took sometime before we found the right area for us. The process between getting an accepted offer and closing took nearly almost 6 months It was really frustrating at times, I just hope we stay here for a long time
