What does it mean if you get 3 days of  in a row? Sorry I'm so clueless!

That your LH is spiking, but you haven't O'ed yet. Do you temp also? unfortunately that's the only way to know when you do O.

Nope, haven't been temping...it's our first month so I decided just to go with the opks...if this month isn't successful, then maybe next month i should start...

Nope, haven't been temping...it's our first month so I decided just to go with the opks...if this month isn't successful, then maybe next month i should start...
If you can manage it, I highly suggest it. I personally couldn't do it, but it's really the only way to know you definitely O'ed. I thought everything was fine with my O because I got positive OPKs every month, but it turns out my LH was just spiking and I wasn't releasing mature eggs, if I was Oing at all. Good luck! Oh, and get to BDing!

3 days isnt abnormal.
however if you find you get a lot of +'s, say 5 days or more, followed by gaps where its negative, and then several +'s again - all without Oing that signifies that signifies an LH issue usually associated with PCOS.
but if you just get 3 days and then can confirm that you ovulated either by getting AF 10-14 days later (which still doesnt 100% mean that you Oed), or by temping, then theres nothing to worry about.

Thanks! AF is usually right on time, not that that means anything, but, if she doesn't show in 2 weeks, let's hope it's due to a bfp
I feel like somewhat of a fraud on here and don't like misleading people...this name is one that I made up because I'm not yet ready for people to know that we are TTC...I have been pregnant before, but there were complications...
So that being said, I tend to not think it is PCOS, etc, but, as I've learned, you never know what can happen...

I get +'s for 3+ days as well. I think it's fine but it does frustrate me because I don't know when the right time is!

Thanks so much ladies.
Now, this might be a silly question, and I should probably just search the internet for the answer, but since I don't temp and just trying to figure out what's going on I'll ask you. Do you O before or after you get the negative opk? I got a negative this morning, so I'm just curious if I already o'd or if I will at some point today.
