Sick or allergies???
Anyone able to tell the difference? I am a second grade teacher and the kids are all sneezing and coughing like crazy! Now I feel like garbage.... how do you know the difference?

Allergies will be a lot of sneezing and clear mucus coming out of your nose. May cause a sore throat from the back drip. If your nose has that constant tickle feeling, it's probably allergies.
Cold or infection will be accompanied by normal cold symptoms....sore throat, cough, maybe a fever, head ache.

Not to be gross, but I go by what the tissue looks like. Clear mucus is allergies and yellow/green means cold.
Feel Better!!
P.S- My allergies have been horrid this week. All the pollen outside is really getting to me.

When I have allergies, everything just feels "itchy".. my throat, my mouth, my eyes, my nose.. a cold is more congestion for me and overall achy and grossness...
