First of all.......
When I left my RE appt for the first time I was so filled with hope and was really excited to just get the ball rolling!!
I had a very large packet filled with all my health records from when I was diagnosed with possible PCOS like 10 years ago.. so I brought that with me and the dr went over it with us and talked to us about PCOS and how we will move forward/what our options were .. etc.
I had blood work done and got a prescription for provera which I started taking pretty quickly since I was on like CD60 something.....
Good luck!!!!!!  I have to say though.. today was just 11dpo and it's very possible you will be canceling that appt!! You can't give up hope yet! At least not until the weekend!!

Well lets put it this way- if you lose all hope at 11dpo then what exactly does that say for ME?! 
Good luck!! Oh, and I woke up like 3 times during the night.. each time looking at the clock saying to myself "is it morning, can I test yet?"  Still no BFP dreams though.. and I gotta say- for that I am thankful!

I have an appt with them the next week!!! My ins does't cover REs so I've been putting off going, I'm seeing a reg endocrinologist tomorrow My thyroid has been out of whack and I have PCOS, I"m hoping the reg endo can help get things situated so we're ready to go (if not knocked up) by next month. GOOD LUCK!!!
btw, I filled out my paperwork for ECF and its alot of info!!!

yeah what is that about? I feel like ins should HAVE to cover some of it! I mean if I was perfectly healthy and had 5 kids they'd cover that but since I have issues they can decide my biological imperative to procreate can be deemed "non essential"....its bunk!!!

They should have told you, yes! Also, we never did IUI (we have severe male factor infertility) so went right on to IVF:)
