Organic Baby Formula?

I breast feed but supplement with formula. I've been using Enfamil Lipil Premium (with DHA). Baby has no issue with it, but it so smelly.

I'm curious about the organic versions, what brands carry them, and are they as complete as their non-organic counterparts? I read they don't smell as bad.

Formula is so overly processed, so if using non-organic cows milk to extract proteins, do pesticides and hormones get leached into the formula?
Anyone have any clue?

I believe Earth's Best makes an organic formula, but I've never seen it.

It's funny, we gave DD Similac Organic while I supplemented BFing....and once she weaned from BF at 8 months. The funny part is, after reading that article (which I have read before), it could not be more opposite for DD. She's almost 3 and HATES sweets....does not eat candy or any baked goods, even when offered to her. She'll take 3 licks of icing from a cupcake and then refuses it....she literally likes one kind of cookie from the bakery. It's just funny b/c she's probably one of the rare 3-year-olds that didn't get any candy in her Easter basket (she wouldn't eat it even if I gave it to her). Chat Icon

I do plan on doing organic formula again for this next baby, but I need to research further so I know what brand I want to use.

ETA: The added sugar is definitely a concern for me.

Re: Organic Baby Formula?

I BF but gave formula at bedtime. We used the walmart brand organic. So much cheaper than the other "name" brands.
