Re: OPK question
If you have a normal cycle, you should prob start on CD 10. Most OPKs come with a chart that tells you when to start based on your cycle length. I personally start around CD24 because I usually O on CD 28 or 30.

Re: OPK question
I start on CD10, even though I O between CD20-23--I go through a lot, but I'm always afraid my O date will move up and I'll miss the surge.

40/42 days normally. This cycle the doc had me start Metformin and Clomid to help shorten my cycle. I had mature eggs on CD10 that he thought would release by CD13, but no AF yet so I'm not sure what the deal is for this cycle. I had bloodwork yesterday to see if I'm releasing mature eggs.
You could just be having a longer cycle. What is your LP typically? Have you recently come off BC?

Thanks for answering. I was never on BC, so it is not that. I am not sure what my usual LP is since this is my first month using OPK. I will wait and see what happens.
