Former Duet Brides...
So I got married in 2005 and never ordered a wedding portrait that was part of my package. I did get my album, video, proofs, thank yous, etc.
Do you think they would still honor my contract if I called them now or should I not bother because it was sooooo long ago.......?
Also, I don't have digital versions of my proofs, just the small 3x5 pictures. If I want enlargements, do I have to go through Duet? Thanks in advance!

I know their policy is ( I was a Duet bride) that if you do not order within 1 year, you have to pay the difference in pricing from the year you booked to the current year.

OMG I got married in late 2006 and did not do my albums.  we have our wedding video and engagement pics DH asked me the other day if they even still have our file. I feel terrible I haven't done it yet!!

I don't remember their policy too well at this point and I got all done in time otherwise I'd probably still be like you. I'm like the worst when it comes to that. But I'd still give them a call. They are so accomodating and so easy to work with that I'm certain they will work with your request even if so much time has elapsed. Or send them an email with the question and information of your wedding. I remembered them being very prompt with that. Good Luck!
