another 2 CBEFM questions
i have gotten 15 days straight of high readings and no peak. i have PCOS and dont always O so im not really surprised by this.
ok so i noticed today when i used it the "m" started flashing. i did buy the CBEFM used on eBay although I thought i reset it when i first received it. this is my second cycle using it although i havent done an entire cycle with it yet.
my questions are: 1. does the "m" start flashing just based on your previous cycle data?? or is based on the hormone levels that it detects? is it weird that i got both a high reading and a flashing "m" today?
2. how long will it continue to ask me for test sticks? i am on CD25. i have Oed as late as CD32 so it is somewhat possible that I will O this cycle - although my cycles are erratic so it's equally possible that I dont O at all.

Re: another 2 CBEFM questions
I have used the CBEFM for several months and also didn't start using it new. I have never gotten an M and a high reading at the same time. It doesn't really makes sense...how could you be O'ing and getting your period? Usually it gives the M exactly 14 days after a peak reading but since you didn't get a peak...I'm not sure. You could call them and ask. Are the batteries new??
In terms of sticks, I have about 35ish day cycles and some months it has asked me for 20-30 sticks. This month for some reason it only asked me for 10 sticks (same length and O'd the same day as usual). A part of me thinks that it's trying to learn your cycle but another part of me thinks that it's possible that they want our $$$ and continue to ask for sticks. After getting high and peak readings, and then it going to low (my situation in the past) it asked for 10 more sticks...for what???
You might be right, it could be your PCOS. Good luck! Keep me posted!
