Vitamin help
Just wondering what vitamins everyone is taking? I'm still taking my multivitamin but I think I should take an OTC prenatal. Could you tell me what brand are you all using? TIA

Re: Vitamin help
I've taken:
One A Day Pre-natal with the DHA supplement that it comes with.
Then I tried Rainbowlite and bought a separate DHA supplement.
Now I am taking GNC Prenatal without iron along with the DHA supplement.
You need to make sure it has at least 800 folic acid.

Gesticare DHA (it's a prescription).. Though, I'm still trying to figure out how I feel about them... With so many fertility meds, it's so hard to narrow down what's causing one!!!

Re: Vitamin help
Rainbow light one a day. They say gentle on the stomach, but I take them at night just in case.
I will probably run it by the Dr. before we actually TTC b/c I'm not 100% they are good enough. I'm just using these now b/c it can't hurt and prescription ones are around $30/month.

Can I ask why you are taking it without Iron?

Honestly, I bought them without realizing that they had not iron and then I researched and I found out that some women can't have too much iron and although I don't have an iron issue that I am aware of, I did notice that since taking these ones I have been less constipated . I can't be 100% sure if there is any relation, but I noticed when I was taking Rainbowlite that I was not going to the bathroom as much.
