Once the blood test confirms we'll probably tell our immeadiate families as soon as we see them in person. I will probably tell a few close friends then too. Everyone else we will try and wait until 12 weeks or as close as we can get to it.

We'll probably tell our immediate families around 8 weeks or whenever first dr.'s appt is. Then we'll tell everyone else at 12 weeks--if we can keep it a secret that long. I don't think my parents and DH's parents will be able to keep the news to themselves.

We will tell our immediate families and close friends after the first sonogram where we can hear the heartbeat. For everyone else it will be after the 1st trimester.

Blood test parents and my sister. Since my parents live 5 hours away, we will wait till we see them in person, and then tell DH's parents after that. First trimester everyone else. I know I will crack though, especially with the not drinking, people will def. ask.

We will probably tell our families as soon as we get the confirmation from the Dr. Everyone else once the 1st trimester is over.

I plan on telling our families after the doc confirms it! As for most friends I plan on waiting 12 weeks. I might tell my boss earlier if I feel terrible so he knows why I need to work from home so much.. and probably tell my coworker right away because we are very close (she can def. keep a secret!)

We will probably tell our immediate families once we get confirmation from the blood test or wait until we hear a heartbeat. Then we'll tell everyone else at 12 weeks or after the 1st trimester.
my one friend found out she was PG and told everyone the 1st month. later she found out she had a miscarriage. it was a difficult time for her. but she got PG a few months later and had a beautiful baby boyl. she waited after 3 months to tell anyone

DH and I discussed this tonight actually - I said that I wanted to see the HB at the 1st ultrasound before telling our parents & siblings. As for everyone else - I would like to wait as long as I can - hopefully the full first trimester.

I will tell my immediate family right away everyone else can wait 3 months..but I do plan on telling my boss so that he is aware incase Im sick and I am out alot or need to work from home
