** Is this a good price for siding?!! Picture Included!
My neighbor just had a sick house built and their siding is beautiful and I love the owner (after speaking to him yesterday for a long time). I know if we use him, we will be 100% satisfied because he really knows what he is doing. His work is really lovely! but I think I may be able to find a more reasonable quote! *Edit to say, that after reading some responses it looks like the quote is rather competitive!*
Anyway, forf vinyl siding and cedar shakes (on the front), crown moulding on the (1) door and (2) windows, decorative vent covers, top notch siding and highest quality energy saving insulation ... For approx. 8,000!

i have a 1,450 sq ft ranch and my estimates were 11-12K so yea i would say that is good.

I have a cape, for 3 sides + the garage (The front is brick) my quotes have been about $12k on average

I have a split and quotes were in the 8K - 12K range 3 years ago. We had old siding and some even older asbestos shingles removed as well it included that and dumpster rental too. Does that price include shutters or are no shutters needed? Bc that can tack on a couple hundred or even a thousand depending on window size & quantity.
