First ELECTRONIC BOA mortgage payment
i made my payment on time, but the only activities i see are as follows:
0.69 deposit
0.69 deposit
the next day:
0.78 deposit
0.69 withdrawal
0.69 withdrawal
0.78 withdrawal
now, i know that they test to make sure the account is real, but after these tests, why didn't they take my payment? i am going to get whopped with late fees??
i was ON TIME!

Did you have to verify the amounts of those small deposits with them? I believe I had to do that with both Citibank and Chase before they would take out the payment.

could be... i am on the phone with them now getting the run around. call this number, call that number, enter in this information.
when i went in to the site it says that i DO NOT have an account set up.
if that is the case, how did they deposit money into the account?

When did you make the payment? It takes 2 days to show up on my online account that I made a payment.

I wouldnt freak out just yet. I make my BOA payments electronically as well. It takes a couple of days before it is taken out of your account, and it reflects on their website. Could be that you're just in this phase.

OMG!!
I NEVER GOT A VERIFIED TAB ON MY PAGE WHERE I SHOULD HAVE! MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER VERIFIED SO THEY NEVER TOOK MY PAYMENT OUT.
I am on the phone with the "workout" people and they are waiving the extra fees, but boy, this was some bad way of doing this.
BEWARE ALL BOA NEWBIES!!!
i guess it's my fault for assuming my payment went through!!!
(I had BOA before too when they bought out my countrywide mortgage)
