I need a LOUD white noise machine
I need something as loud as the vacuum. I have the hair dryer on high for DS to fall asleep but I hate to leave it on. I wish it was summertime the ac would probably work. We have a humidifer in there but its quiet. We also had the slumber bear. Its too quiet though. Does anyone know what I can buy?

HAHA! That is great...7 hours..wow that is impressive...
MY DH did the same thing..he downloaded rain on the internet and we play it on itunes and put it on loop for the boy I babysit for so she didnt have to bring the machine back and forth!!

We have this one too! It's great and loud with adjustable volume. Sometimes it helps me sleep better across the hall! It also has a built in projector that shines 1 of three discs on the ceiling or wall so you get a built in mobile and night light!

I bought a mini fan for DD's room. We keep it on her bookcase, facing in so that it doesn't help cool down the room. It's small enough that we can travel with it, but it's definitely loud enough that it drowns everything out.

white noise machine!! My brother swears by this...has two settings hi and low...alittle pricey I think $55 but the product will last...he uses every night 8 hours for the past 5 years...

We just have a tabletop air purifier and put it on the loudest setting. It is EASILY as loud as a hair dryer.
