Looks like a photo op to me...
But I used to put on full makeup before crew practice and working out at the gym.  I could never run/workout/row with my hair perfectly coiffed like that though. I need mine pulled back in a pony tail, but I do occasionally see women running in my neighborhood with their hair down, so I guess to each their own.

I agree- total photo op
but there are plenty of woman that go to the gym in full make up and hair...I take a boot camp class tonight that is a killer and at least 10 woman will be "done up" for this class

I would look WORSE at the end of that class if I wore make up. I might look better beforehand, but after sweating my butt off, I'd look disgusting with all that runny makeup.

Try going to the gym at 8:30 in the morning. I always think there is a memo that full makeup is required and I just never got the memo. I mean lip gloss and hair done at 8:30 in the morning at the gym? I'm lucky I brushed my teeth and remembered to wear a sports bra.
