TMI but I need some help
Who - It's been happening to me. I never had kids and I'm in my mid 20's. I do keegal (sp?) exercises every now and then. Also I don't know when I Oed (if I even Oed). I am on CD 31.
What - For the past two nights around the same time I am woken up by warm liquid coming out of my area. It's enough for me to have to change my pants and underwear. I really don't think its pee because when I wake up I don't have the urge to go to the bathroom. Also its clear and doesn't smell like urine.
Where - It's happening when when I'm laying down sleeping.
When - Around 5:00am Saturday night and Sunday night.
Why - I have no clue thats why I am asking you guys for help
How - It just leeks out of my vag.
Has this happened to anyone before? When it happened Saturday night I didn't think much of it but when it happened again last night I am starting to get a little worried. Is there something wrong with me? Thanks if you made it this far

The times that you noticed it, had you BD earlier that night? It could be left over semen.

Yes. We BD both those nights. Do you really think it can be semen? Its really watery and its a lot I feel. I will have to see if it happens on a night that we dont BD

Absolutely, happens to me all the time. I actually usually stick tissue in my undies after because it's so annoying They way you described it sounds like that's exactly what it is.

Fewf! Thank you so much. I started to think that I have some major issue. DH left overs is just fine!! I will try a pad or tissues next time.

I agree with Christina, sounds like semen seeping out, I do the same with a tissue or put on a panty liner afterwards bc it seeps out til the next day sometimes...ew!

If we BD at night, I sometimes leak through out the whole next day. It's just semen--the sperm knows where to go!

I do the SAME THING with the tissue!!!!  I have to agree here, it sounds like semen. I read somewhere that you can hold your "lips" together after BD to keep the semen in. But you can only hold for so long. Usually in the morning after BD i wake up wet down there. Could be increased CM or semen or both.

Hopefully its a sign of extra CM. Maybe I'm Ovulating I love how my mind can twist things to make me think something is going on.

If you just started those exercises, maybe they are what is causing it?
I've been doing them for a while now. But I am happy to report I did not wet myself last night . Also we did not BD. I'm still going to monitor this! Thanks again ladies
