$145 balanced billing
we have 2200 sq ft of living space, no central air or pool. Our pellet stove has an electric blower that uses a fair amount of electric, but we save $$$ on oil by using it.
We do have a lot of outside electric for the chicken coop & greenhouse that runs year round.
We have our outdoor lights on dusk to dawn sensors, inside we use power strips in rooms we don't use often & we turn the entire stip off after use.
Our washer & dryer are old & crappy, we are about to replace them & I think that will make a big difference.
Our house has well water, so our water pump runs all the time.

That seems about right, we have IGP as well, our house is smaller than yours and full basement too, our bills are higher especially in the summer, we don't do balanced billing though.

For 2009 ours averaged $96 a month (some higher some lower)
We do not have a pool or central air - only 2 in wall ones that we use at night. Also we work FT so we are not home much during the week. I also use CFL lightbulbs in a lot of rooms and I am pretty diligent about turing off lights when we are not home. We do have a 58" Tv and 2 Refrigerators. But our appliances are pretty new. We also have a gas dryer which helps.
We have a standard high ranch - 3 bedroom, kitchen, DR, LR, Den, Laundry Room, 1 1/2 Bath, 2 car garage - no basement.

Balanced Billing $181
about 1400 square feet raised ranch. I have gas stove, and dryer etc..
We have No pool
We have central air
We RE-insulated my entire house
All appliances are less than 3 years old
new windows
I work out of my home so we use it all day long

Lipa bill is anywhere from 110-160
last month it was only 50 bucks

1800 sq ft townhome. Pay $80-$160 for gas and electric. I live in Baltimore. It's a brand new house, so it's very energy efficient and we use a programmable thermostat.

1700 sq. ft condo - gas, $100 per month give or take 
we do balanced billing, new construction, HV/AC, new appliances (washer/dryer, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, gas oven, micro etc.)
DH is pretty good about how much we use
