What's your current TTC plan?
For our 2nd month TTC, we're using:
-Preseed
-Prenatals (for several months)
-Evening Primrose Oil / EFA
-Green Tea
-L-Arginine
-Maca
-DH taking a good multivitamin
-just started OPKs
-started temping but my wake-times are inconsistent, so this probably won't be too accurate for me.
-Using Deanna's Plan as our BD schedule guideline.
How about you?

ugh.. ok here we go.. 
moving forward with my current ttc plan I am using gonal-f injects, IUI, and my lucky wishbone necklace
I totally wish I could rely on over the counter methods to get pregnant... like preseed, grapefruit juice, and OPKs 
Sorry, I'm wallowing in my own pity party here.

I hope when you go back to the RE you will come back with good news!!!
When do you go back again to find out about any possible eggs??
As for this month- I stopped temping (b/c it made the whole month stressful for me)... I will start temping when I get a smiley face so that I can confirm O.
I also take mucinex and will do preseed again. I tried to be more relaxed this month before O'ing.... during the 2WW Im worse lol

our plan is NO plan (for right now!). i was driving both DH and myself crazy with all the timed BDing and peeing on sticks so we are taking a break from planning for a few months and just "seeing what happens"! i'm still keeping track of my cycle days but beyond that i'm doing nothing and honestly it feels like such a relief! i'm sure in a few cycles i'll be back to using my CBEFM and timing our BDing but hopefully i'll get a BFP before then!! good luck to everybody this month!!

Unfortunately the "wait and see what happens" method did not work too well for us.
I used OPK's on and off for the past few months along with monitoring CM. Plus, I'm very regular so I typically just know when I O
This is my first month using the CBEFM and Pre Seed
I drink green tea and grapefruit juice for CM
Mucinex a few hours before BD
Gonna BD pretty much as possible during high and peak fertility.
I'm also trying some positive thinking as well as trying very hard to think about things other than TTC

im just going by my CM and gold old bd when were feeling like it.
taking prenatals but i didnt know that helped getting pregnant.

I am in the 2ww right now- this month we did the following
-prenatals
-temped every am
-opks
-1/2 cup grapefruit juice between cd10-20
-sweet potato every day between cd 10-20
if we are out this month next month will be our 4th cycle- I am thinking of giving up temping & just doing the opks, the temping is affecting my sleeping

this is what I do...track CM and take prenatals...first time i got pg I was just tracking CM and it worked...hoping it happens again and hopefully this time it sticks

Preseed is a sperm-friendly lubricant. Some say it replicates CM, others say it's a regular lube.

I've heard a lot of great things about the green tea and grapefruit juice, although I don't use them myself. You can search Deanna's Plan on here and get the exact info, but the gist of it is to BD every other day starting CD 8 or 10 (I forget which one). You start OPKs CD 10 and when you get a positive BD 3 days in a row, skip one night, and then BD again one more time.

I dont see Folic Acid anywhere.
I was told by my Gyno that I should start taking Folic Acid about 3 months before TTC.

Folic acid is in prenatals. Another important supplement is DHA, which is in some prenatals.

This is our first mth trying. I have been taking prenatals for 2 mths and doing the CBFM and temping for the last two months.
I do have to say that I am more in tune with my body and now know the day I ovulate after planning the last pregnancy.
DH and I trying to have fun with this. He doesn't like to know when I ovulate and just wants me to have fun with it and not stress.

Same here. I'm so clueless.  I feel stupid hanging around here when we aren't even "officially" TTC yet, but I think I will need some time to learn all of this stuff.

to figure out CD do you begin counting from the first day of your period?
