I think it would depend on when you O and implant. I don't even O until CD19 so for me it wouldn't.

Re: CD21 bloodwork
They told me its to check if your ovulating. I had cd3 bloodwork and I called today for my cd21 results but the nurse said the drs are gone because of the snow and the dr has to match up the cd21 with the cd3 bloodwork and call me tomorrow

Re: CD21 bloodwork
On the twenty-first day of your cycle, your progesterone levels may also be tested. The body increases its production of progesterone after releasing an egg, so a test will confirm whether ovulation has taken place. A blood test will also verify whether a sufficient level of progesterone exists in order to maintain a sufficient luteal phase. The luteal phase begins the day after ovulation and lasts 12 to 16 days, during which time progesterone levels rise in order to provide a fertile environment for the egg.

Yeah, they check your progesterone levels--which confirms ovulation and also lets dr know if progesterone is low. This is based off of a 14-day ovulation. 7 days after O they should be within a certain range. If you know your O date, and it's much later than 14, some dr's send you 7 days from that date. My dr. sent me every other day throughout the first week of 2WW to see the rise (and in my case, fall) of my progesterone levels.
