a little bummed...
we weren't really trying this month, but we were also not "not trying" and i was three days late as of this morning and just starting to get excited, when alas there it is...oh well...this month we are really starting to try, i'm so excited.
I've heard you should start taking a prenatal vitamin when your trying to conceive. What over the counter ones do you girls use if any?

I used the OneADay - it was good and didnt bother my stomach
I switched to prescription cause its cheaper for me - ObNatal One

I also take One-A-Day--no problems---though as with pretty much all vitamins, I do need to take it with food.

Aww so sorry that your hopes were raised. Don't let it get you down
I take Flintstones vits because I have trouble swallowing pills. My ob/gyn said they were fine.

I take the Target Up Up brand, the one that has two pills you take every day. I was on a Rx brand, Citranatal but after the samples ran out I filled the Rx and they were $35 for 30 days Target one is $10 I believe.
