silly question
are you supposed to elevate your pelvis after you bd? And if so, how do you do this, like do you put a pillow under your butt? I am confused

Not silly at all!!
I think a lot of us have done/do this now....when you think about it, it's all about the gravity, so any bit to help the little swimmers out is good.
However, according to my MIL (who used to work at an ob/gyn office for 20 years) and various things that I have read, it's not necessary....the important guys who have to head north seem to get "thrusted" up there during the act of BDing anyway. I've heard the best thing is after you guys BD, is to at least just lay down for a bit to give the spermies some time to pool and get swimming.
I've also read that BDing standing up is the "least favorable" way to get pregnant though because it's all facing the wrong way.

I have heard this too...that it's not necessary....but I have heard ppl doing it.
