Do you think not sleeping enough affects TTC?
I only get about 4-5 hours of sleep per night during the week and more on the weekends. Just wondering. Thanks!

I dont think getting that little amount of sleep is healthy in general- can you try and at least get it up to 7 hours during the week?

I get the same amount of sleep 5 days a week and a bit more during the weekend. I hope it doesnt affect, I really can't go to bed before midnight.

Depends on you. Do you NEED more sleep or is that enough? There are weeks were I don't need much sleep, then there are weeks were I'm craving it like no other.

It could. This is all I get too. I always see they say it affects weight and health overall. I want more sleep, but I am often unable to get it.
