April Girls!

What do you have left to do? I feel like I have EVERYTHING to do! When/Where are you showers?? Just checking in ladies

OH-My shower is 3/13-that's all I know, everything else is top secret!

My shower is Feb 28 (due date is 4/1) and everything is secret except the date. DH and I have a lot of stuff started but nothing finished. I think I might break down and start helping DH paint the nursery because he has school and work and he may have to go away for work 2 weekends this month. We got low VOC paint so I think I'm just gonna do it and hope no one notices.

i cant believe april is so close.

we had made progress...and now stopped! too many things have been coming up.

our nursery is empty/painted.

instead of 1 big shower...im having a few smaller ones (3 fam ones cuz my parents are divorced and oot then dh's side on li)...2/27, 3/6, and 3/20 (lots of travelling for us! )

Not to be a debbie downer, but it feels weird this time around.

There is no shower.

This baby will sleep in our room in the bassinet until he/she is old enough to sleep in their crib.

Once in their crib, they will share a room with DD. Just need to move a few things around for that.

I have a c/s date, so I just need to wait for that. Baring any complications, #2 should be here on April 6th.

I had my shower already and we set both rooms up this weekend, I have clothes to wash but it feels like just a waiting game! I am scheduled for a c/s on April 2nd and unless they decide to come earlier I am on bed rest until then!

I feel like I have nothing done since my furniture hasn't arrived yet.

No shower this time.

I have done quite a bit of shopping for clothes and accessories for her room, but still need the important stuff like bottles! I threw all of DD's out so I have to buy new.

I have nothing ready, nothing. We are house hunting, so I am not ordering new furniture until we have the house. No shower this time. I feel so uneasy this time around because of all of this. I finally decided on bedding, which doesn't even matter because I have no furniture. He will be sleeping in our room until we move.

I have been buying some clothes and beginning necessities. I am going to buy bottles, wipes and diapers next.

I definitely have everything to do! Have to wait until the end of the month to start the room...furniture should come in mid-March so timing on that should be ok. Shower is at the end of this month and it's not a surprise! Need to clean out spare room so I can store stuff until nursery is done! I feel so far behind!

My first shower is this weekend! My 2nd shower is 3/14. We have furniture set up already and some clothes washed (will be washing more after this weekend ). Not painting. Baby will be in bassinet first, which we have also. Just waiting on shower gifts!

I feel like I have a ton of stuff to do. DH is working on the nursery... it will be ready to paint by the weekend (hopefully). Furniture will be coming mid-march. Won't be having a shower this time around... but we have all of the big items. We just need to buy boy stuff...clothes, blankets, etc.... cause everything we have from DD is PINK! Other than the furniture, we need to buy a changing table and a sit and stand stroller. I have a list somewhere... it seems very long! LOL

My 1st shower was in Nov, cause it was in NY, and my 2nd here in IL is in 3 weeks! with freinds/neighbors

The nursery is pretty much done- dh just has to finish the closet. Furniture is in. But we decided to have a playroom downstairs where our "office" was so everything is all over the place while dh is sheetrocking and spackeling the room. What a mess!

Room is painted
Carpet being installed this week

Need to:
-pick up and put together furniture
-Wash bedding and the few pieces of clothing I have
-clean out the bassinet
-Lamaze on 2/21

my shower the 3/13 too!! i havent really done anything yet! i need to pick a doc for the baby, pick out a crib becuse my mom wants to get it for us for the shower, i guess after the shower i will start to wash the clothes and bedding

I have everything left to do.

My shower is the same date as yours 3/13. It's going to be at a chinese buffet place in Ronkonkoma . I basically know most things about my baby shower becasue with my mom helping to pay for part of it I need to be involved.

DH and I need to dedicate some time to making room for baby and all the baby stuff, so next weekend more than likely we will be purging and organizing our very small place and making room for baby.

I'm still unsure if I'll take any classes.

I *think* my shower is 3/7 not sure though...i think people are trying to trick me!

The nursery is being sanded now so we have to paint, put down the floor and then set everything up!

*Pick out a pediatrician
*Csection class (3/26)
*pack hospital bag
*pick out going home outfit
*wash everything after shower


umm so not ready! but so cant wait to meet baby face!

the nursery is all done just need to hang up some stuff on the walls. They schedule me a c/s date already. if these twins dont come out in march.
need to buy more things.

I don't know when my shower is.

We have been trying to work on the nursery - but it's hard b/c the only day we can is Sundays and when we have plans nothing gets done.

We just had our Child Birth class this passed weekend and taking a CPR class next weekend.

Still have to decide on names - we have narrowed it down to two each, I may even just wait until the baby is born and decide then.

Need to Call Peds and Daycares. Already started on Daycare and going to look at a place next week!
