I Broke Down today!

I am not sure what is wrong with me. I took another HPT this afternoon which would be CD32 for me and it was a BFN again. No one knows that me and DH are TTC. So its hard to talk to someone about this whole process. That is why I love coming on to these boards since no one knows how we feel.

DH is not the type to be as supportive as I would like him to be. I know we haven't been trying for so many months but I basically hide my feelings about really wanting to have a baby.

So today I just broke down and cried. He asked me a million times "what was wrong?" I finally told him how frustrated I was with ttc.

His response was "I can't deal with you right now" I got even more upset b/c I knew that was what was going to be his response. THat is why I hold it in.

It just stinks b/c all my friends are pregnant and/or pregnant with baby#2 and I didn't realize how hard this was going to be for me. I can't imagine what its like for those of you who have been ttc for longer than a year.

its just so weird how you spend your whole life trying not to get pregnant and when you really want to...you just can't.

Sorry for my little breakdown. I just didn't know where else to turn to.

I'm sorry you're having a tough day. TTC is definitely emotional and stressful. Sorry your DH didn't give you the response you wanted. I think TTC is stressful to them too. Guys tend to put a lot of pressure on themselves even if they don't always admit it.

I completely understand how you feel. At times my DH is without a clue as to what I'm feeling. I'm sorry you're having a crappy day.

i also find it so ironic that our whole lives we are led to believe we can get pregnant so easily - when in the end its only that easy for like half of the female population - the rest of us really have the TRY!!

i wont say it gets any easier - but your DH will come around as a support system - or maybe you'll get a BFP before he needs to!

So sorry you are going through this..It helps when other people know your TTC. Maybe if you let a friend know they can share their wisdom.

I don't know if men ever "get it" like we do. It took DH a little while to figure out how to be supportive.
