Hi everyone! I've been lurking on this board for awhile now. DH and I are going to TTC in May or so, right after our 3rd anniversary, so excited  My question is, we BD in the AM a few days ago, and I did not take my BC yet. When would be a good time to test to see if anything did happen? Sorry for my first post being so long, I'm just a little anxious. You girls always seem to have such great info!! TIA

Hi and welcome!! So exciting!
If you've been on the pill regularly, I don't think you have any reason to suspect that you are pregnant. Once it's in your system, you're protected...as long as you take it once a day.
As for when one would test...hahaha....if you're me, probably 9 days past ovulation, but if you're sane then closer to 12 days past.

Thanks!! LOL, I figured that was probably the case, but I was so hoping for it tojust happen anyway, I guess I'll test in another week or 2 and see what happens.

hey welcome! some women may not ovulate the first month off the pill- the pill suppressed ovulation, so it may take your body a couple cycles to actually ovulate
