I never tried temping but what does it mean if your temps are high and consistent? Does that mean you may be pregnant or that you ovulated?

I never tried temping but what does it mean if your temps are high and consistent? Does that mean you may be pregnant or that you ovulated?
Sorry I am new to all of this.
It takes 3 days of consecutively higher temps to confirm that you have ovulated (where the red cross-hair lines are).
It is considered a potentially good sign if there is a 2nd rise in temps. Once the egg implants your temps should stay elevated past your expected AF due date.
fertilityfriend.com is a great website for keeping track of all this, and the book Taking Charge of your Fertility is very helpful for understanding it all.
