SO DISCOURAGED
MY MIDWIVES SAID THAT WEIGHT MIGHT BE MY ISSUE WITH CONCEIVING. I HAVE MY DS WHO WILL BE ONE IN FEB BUT I WANT HIM TO HAVE A SIBLINGS SOON. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO FEEL. ANYONE HEARD THE SAME FROM THERE DRS?

I'm a little overweight, maybe 20lbs. My old Dr. told me that once I started ttc I may want to get it off. (I wasn't ttc at the time) Now that I am ttc I have anew Dr. and he has never mentioned my weight being an issue. I do know that being very overweight and obese can affect fertility. I would talk specifically about it with your Dr. ask him/her how much weight that suggest you lose and what it is that they thingk the weight is doing to cause you infertility problems.
Now that I just finished typing this I realized you could mean that you are underweight. In either case I would still discuss with the Dr. what their suggested plan of action owuld be and why. And also what the benefits would be.
