almost 2 yrs, and it's not even our FOREVER home. Its a will do for now because we are desperate house!

hmmm I found the one first month looking but that one didn't work out 
then we found a few more that we loved and they fell through too
we finally have the one that is better then all the rest (my heart still achs for the 1st one though) we found it after looking at about 50 homes 3-4 months in

About 3 months. But during those three months I probably spent over an hour a day doing research online, and went to open houses Saturdays and Sundays for 3 hours each day or so. It was intense!

A few months. We had been looking online for awhile and went to a couple of open houses. Then one day we went with our RE to houses I found online. On this day (the last house we saw) we knew.

we are going into month 3..... it stinks they make it look so fun on t.v but its not! lol :)

Over a year, but we didn't buy the house for "the house".; We bought "the house" for the location and property.

Started looking in late May, found our house in July, our house already had an offer so continued looking until the end of September when we found out the other offer had fell through. So technically we found it after 2 months, but we did not go into contract until the 4th month.
