Re: STILL waiting
i have very long cycles
when I was pregnant with my son, I ovulated on April 20 (CD20) and saw a heartbeat May 31
This time around I ovulated December 14 (CD24) so tomorrow will be 5 weeks since ovulation
8 weeks is when you should DEFINITELY see it, but it can be seen much earlier than that; usually 5.5 to 6 weeks

Re: STILL waiting
That happened to me with my last pregnancy. I had to go back in twice and finally we saw the heartbeat and all was well. I am sure everything is great, and you will see that little heartbeat next time!

thanks Karyn This happened to my sister with #2 also
the dr. said 2 things, its great that we were trying and i was charting and know my cycle so well because it helps with dates and size, but it also makes us look at it so so early and there is nothing there; i just hated seeing that empty sac the 1st time. At least yesterday there was a yolk sac and we saw the flashing little light but he said he didnt want to say it def. was it

Re: STILL waiting
I had exactly the same issue with my first pregnancy...thats why this pregnancy I made sure to wait until my 8th week based on my ovulation date (CD26) not my LMP...I want to make sure we are not to early to see a little HB.
