Stupid question... RE: Gym and Ovulation
I will be ovulating tomorrow or the next day. Will going to the gym tonight affect in any way my ovulation or CM?   I just started back at the gym last week and of course I'm O VERY soon. I just don't want to make my CM disappear or delay O in any way! We need to BD tonight and tomorrow and the next day.

I actually went to the gym the night we BD'd and I ovulated the next day and in 12 weeks, we'll have  I'm a regular gym goer and did moderate exercise at least 4x a week all throughout TTC.
