Be careful though .. wait until you get confirmation at your level II. I went to Impact at 16 weeks and was told I was having a boy. Like you, I told everyone that it was a girl. (I was the only one that thought that!). So, I had to suck it up and hear everyone say "I told ya so!".
Well Well Well.. when I went in for my level II, I found out that it's, in fact, a girl!!!
I know that this early on can be touchy as far as determining gender, but I have full confidence in my doctor. He's actually a specialist (perinatologist), so it wasn't an ultrasound tech that did the exam--he has a ton of experience. Plus he was able to tell me  at 14 weeks with my DD, and he was right then. Not only that be has a super fancy u/s machine and his "winky" was clear as day. LOL I certainly would be SHOCKED if it ended up being a girl.
I'm sorry that happened to you. That had to of been really hard. I have another u/s in 4 weeks so I can only hope that will be confirmed again then.
That's great that it was your own doctor to do it with such advanced equipment. That probably would have made me feel better. Congratulatons on your baby boy! :) I go back on the 25th to just make sure that it is indeed a girl. lol
Do you have any names picked out??
