This was our 4th month trying. Here is a quick version:
1st month I used a line OPK, but we missed a few key days in the BD department
2nd month- Line OPK and Pre-Seed, we did BD on the day I got a +, but not many days leading up to or after
3rd month- Took Mucinex, did not use an OPK and we just winged it
The 4th month - I used a digital OPK and pre-seed. We BD on CD 14,15,16, in the AM on CD17 and that afternoon I got the  , we BD again that night and then CD 18 and CD 19 
I think we just did not let the BD part go by this month. There were a few times were it was the last thing on earth I wanted to do, but we did it.

Not at all. Well I got the on CD 17 and AF is due tmrw which is CD31. So I guess I would count CD18 as O, which makes yesterday CD12 and I tested at 8:30pm and then this morning. I think I did that right  .
I really was going to hold out till after AF, but it was all I was thinking about these past few days and could not sleep at night, concentrate at work, etc..
My signs.....CRAMPS and that is it!!! I really thought AF was on it's way and it's true when other girls say the signs are the same basically.
