Going to the doc tonight... ***UPDATE***
DH and I have been TTC since December 2008. He has gone for a sperm analysis but will not receive the results until Wednesday. The main reason I an going to the GYN today is to discuss my trouble conceiving. Once DH's results we will know which way to move forward (if it's him or if we should be concerned with me). How do I go about stating that I do not want to wait a month an a half for another appointment if DH is fine.
Also what questions should I be asking? Does anyone have a list. I an bringing the charts that I do have from September (when I started charting). Is there anything else?
Update 1/5/10
My doc took a look at my charts and we spoke about my cycles and if I'd been using OPK (which I have been). I am scheduled for a sonogram tomorrow and will have to have Day 2 blood taken if I am not PG this month. If DH's SA comes back ok and the sono and my blood work are ok she will schedule me to have my tubes checked.
I'll keep updating during this process.

I would ask the Dr if getting a "Hysterosalpingogram" is possible. This test will check to see if there are any blockage in your fallopian tubes.
Have you done a blood test? if not ask if they can do one and make sure your hormone levels are good.
Ask if they can prescribe pre-natals since they are a bit stronger then over the counter.
Ask what the next step is.

do you know if you O regularly?
do you get AF normally each month?
if the answer to those questions are yes and your DH's test come back clean you may want to ask your ob/gyn for further blood testing.

That's great. You must feel so relieved to get the ball rolling. I am going through the same thing and seeing my doctor this afternoon; hope to get a plan as well!
