Re: Prenatal pills

I take CVS OTC ones and they are cheap, 300 for $19.99 or 100 for $9.99.

They are a little bigger then a tylenol and easy on the tummy.

Good luck Chat Icon

I've been taking Rainbow Light - they sell them at Target and at Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc. They are pretty easy on my stomach (and I have all kinds of stomach issues) and they are gelatin-free which was important for me.

Re: Prenatal pills

Mine are just the regular Target brand. I think they're $6.99 for 200. They're the only vitamins I've ever been able to keep down.

Make sure whatever OTC prenatal you take has the DHA supplement. It's VERY important for the baby's brain development when you're pregnant. Target sells a prenatal (their brand......Up and Up) that has the DHA supplement. They also sell the DHA on its own if you want to take it with whatever other prenatal you're using.

My obgyn also recommended one-a-day prenatals. I feel great on them and have NOT had any issue (upset stomach, etc.)

I take these too! I don't have any issues, as long as I eat with them (but that's pretty much the same with any vitamin).

i had some upset with those, however, CVS makes the generic ones of one-a day with the seperate DHA capsules, and they are great. they are exactly the same. And they are lighter on the stomach for me.
