Question?
Okay this may be a silly question but remember I am new to all of this!
I looked on an ovulation calendar and it asks the average length of my cycle. How do I compute this?

have you kept track of your periods? Mine are usually 28-30 days. I have known that for years because I kept track.

The day that you get AF is CD1, so you just count the days between your cycles.

The first day of your cycle is always the first day of your period. You don't count that first day in the previous month. So for example, if you get AF on the 1st and then again on the 31st, your cycle was 30 days (the 1st to the 30th).

Yes the first day of your period is CD1. When your period starts again that is considered CD1 agian.
