I have the flu and can't see DD until my fever breaks
So I had a fever yesterday and took Motrin and it came down but today I woke up with almost 104 DH took me to the doctor since I had had a bad cough, too. They did a nasal swab and it came back positive for the flu. Thankfully it was in the first 48 hours and they could prescribe Tamiflu. But I have to wait until my fever breaks before I can see DD. She is at my parents' now and I know this is best, but I have been crying She just wants to see me and hug me and kiss me and she thinks her kisses will make me better
I have taken my Tamiflu and Motrin and the fever has dropped to 101 and I am sweating so I think that is good but I am so sad
Sorry to be a downer but my heart is breaking now that I can't see my girl and she wants to see me so badly.

Thanks for the love. Fever is down to 100 right now. Hopefully it will dip lower after some more Motrin and then I can see my baby
