Can a missed vitamin affect my BBT?
I forgot to take my vitamin yesterday. I have to go for blood work for a potential progesterone deficiency, but I made sure to buy a prenatal with extra B-complex in it to support my LP. My temp dipped this morning to the coverline temperature. I'm 5DPO today.
Since B-vitamins are supposed to support your LP, is it possible that missing a dose of vitamins caused my temp to dip?

I never did temp. But i would think one day of missed vitamins would not affect it.
