I'm joining the same club. From friends of mine who have 2 little ones at home they say its great. While it can be more work at times its also very rewarding and on the bright side they will do alot of things together and always have someone.

Mine are about 19 months aparet and so far, it's easier than I anticipated.

It's tough, but doable! Life becomes a lot easier once the second one is STTN. The key is to make your first DC feels important and make sure you give him/her extra attention.

My biggest fear was how to handle BFing with DS around, but so far it hasn't been a problem.

DS and DD are the best of friends. DH and I took them to the mall in a twin stroller and DS was reading DD a book upside down Even though DD doesn't really do much, DS was doing his best to entertain her as we went shopping!

Remember how overwhelmed you felt when #1 got here? It's the same thing except you're more relaxed about dealing with the NB. You're just overwhelmed with dividing your time.

Eventually you'll get into a routine and wonder how you ever thought having ONE was hard. 2 under 2 really is wonderful once you get the hang of it!

I will say I was amazed at how much I forgot about some NB stuff like schedules and stuff. Thank goodness I had my past posts to research so I could see that my first did the same things (witching hour, cluster feeding, etc).
