UTI and not know it?
So I had a physical 2 weeks ago and went for blood work and a U/A at the lab last week. I got a call from the dr's office saying that my U/A isn't normal--protein (which I seem to always have based on past U/As at my old dr's) and blood. I wasn't on AF. I have to go in and retest, but she asked if I had UTI symptoms. I don't. Can you have UTI without any symptoms? I've had quite a few in my life, but always had the symptoms.

Interesting...I'm sure you can...but blood would indicate a pretty bad infection I would think...and I think you would notice. Luckily they will check it out again!

Re: UTI and not know it?
It is definitely possible. I have had a UTI with no physical systems and non noticeable blood in the urine. I am very prone to them with frequent BDing and especially with out peeing immediately after.

Re: UTI and not know it?
I've had a bunch of UTIs, and its kind of hard to not know it. You'd be in pain and/or peeing blood. I hope everything is ok!
