Finally! (long)
No, no BFP yet. I've had symptoms that just can't be ignored this month. I've been skeptical though becaues my temps didn't spike too high yet although I'm 13 days with temps over my coverline. In the past two days, I noticed that I think my thermometer is buggy, like it's only recorded the same two temps for a week now and even my husband tried it and couldn't get it over 97.58! I switched to the Vicks digital thermometer that CVS sells and today I used both...my old one read 97.05, the new one read 98.0!!! That's a big difference. It seemed to be working find last month but has been buggy the last week or so. Either way, I have a temperature spike and I'm excited. Hubby and I said that if it didn't happen this month, we were going to stop trying for a while. It would be awesome if this was it for us!
TMI to follow...yesterday my CM had a tinge of blood and I thought I must be out, but how can I be with all these symptoms and today it's lighter. Has anyone ever heard of this in relation to pregnancy?
Lastly, I recently noticed that Fertility Friend has a little bar which compares your symptoms daily to those of women who end up with BFP and mine is at 87 points out of 100!  Image Attachment(s):

I would see if your temps stay up like that - it's so hard to say with you having usd a "buggy"  thermometer! But that little dip on 10DPO (even though it's not much, it's something) could be implantation, you never know.

I'm really new to charting, but there's a way to look up charts of preggo women on Fertility Friend. All those temps above coverline are a good sign though...

Oh I sooo hope this is it for you!!!! Looks like the start of a triphasic chart to me and that means preggo!!!!!!! 
PS- the slight spotting could have been implantation bleeding.

Well I know implantation normally occurs somewhere from 7-10dpo. But I've heard that sometimes the spotting can sometimes take a bit to make it's way out. Don't know how correct that is though.

AF isn't due until Saturday and my history is that I've been preggo 3x and although they haven't been successful pregnancies I've never gotten a positive except once at 8wks so I'm never optimistic about POAS. If I don't have AF by Tuesday I'm going to go see my RE.
