Which temp would you use?
I went to be really late. So the first time I woke up was only 2.5 hours after I first went to be and that was about 1/2 hour - 45 min. before normal wake time. My temp was 97.5. Which is also with me waking up with absolutely no blanket on. I always have a blanket on.
The second time was I fell back asleep for about 1/2 hour - 45 min and my temp was 98.1 with a blanket. Neither one seem accurate.
Which one would you uise?

Re: Which temp would you use?
i would probably use the first one since you had more sleep that time. it is more likely to be close to your true resting temp.

Re: Which temp would you use?
Ok thanks! My temps have been consistently at 98.0, 98.1 and 98.2 since I O. I'm only 6dpo. If that were the case, then my temp dropped below my coverline at 97.5? Not having a blanket on wouldn't make a difference? Thanks again!

I'm not sure if the blanket would make a difference but I've read to use the temp taken after you've had the greatest amount of sleep.

not having the blanket on WOULD make a difference. If you read the lessons on FF, they tell you to sleep with the same amount of stuff every night if possible, and if you use a heating blanket, to keep it in the same position, on the same setting. So it would make a difference. I think you should not worry about todays temp, make sure you get 3 hours or more tomorrow, and see what it is tomorrow :O) I don't think you have anything to worry about!

ITA. I would just disregard today's temp.
